Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is A gentle Yoga class that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using the chair for balance.   This practice increases strength, flexibility and range of motion while helping to reduce stress. If you are concerned about getting down on the floor, maintaining balance, if you suffer from injuries or chronic conditions this class is perfect for you!  Each class ends with the relaxing and meditative vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
